Wireless Carriage Mounted Camera
The carriage mounted camera is attached magnetically to the forklift truck. This allows for easy installation as well as re-positioning as and when required. This magnetic application also helps to minimize damage if there is an accident. The fork camera sends live feed pictures to a 7 inch colour screen monitor which is mounted unobtrusively inside the forklift cab. The screen is also multi-channel which allows for the possibility of installing multiple cameras.
Forward/Reverse Facing & Driver Aid Cameras
Driver Aid Cameras are especially recommended for large trucks where driver visibility is often restricted. We can install our cameras easily to be neatly fitted to any vehicle. We have both wired and wireless versions available which can accommodate up to four cameras. Footage can be recorded with optional DVR and uses a large, full-colour screen, which is easy for the driver to use.
Key benefits of both the forward/reverse and driver aid cameras include increased site safety and reduced impact related damage. They also minimise cost relating to any damage and will improve efficiency when working at height in the warehouse or depot.
Pedestrian Alert Cameras
We have a range of cameras that can be easily fitted to a forklift truck or larger materials handling equipment. All our cameras provide robust viewing options for the driver to ensure pedestrians are seen well in advance and collisions can be avoided.
Connecting a pedestrian detection camera to our iTEch speed controller can automatically reduce the speed when a pedestrian is detected, and resume speed when clear.
Wireless Camera Recording System
Management can use the video footage to enhance operator accountability; equipment usage, checklist completion, impact force of accident and accident near-miss events used for operator training. Time stamped video footage makes drivers accountable for shift start times, break times, lunch times and end of day finish times. We have round that video accountability also has significantly improved handling productivity and reduced both accidents and damage to product and equipment.
